The ultimate goal of any business is to make money and be profitable.
My part in this is streamlining the development effort, making sure it provides the best possible return on investment. I challenge opinions, validate ideas, and foster collaboration, on tactical and strategic levels, to carve a viable market path for the product.
Help teams flourish
Coming from team sports, I know the value of synergy first-hand; its appearance benefits everyone involved, either directly or indirectly.
Often being in position of implicit authority, I put pressure on proper cooperation and team coherency. Invested teams make for satisfied individuals, with improved delivery becoming a convenient byproduct.
Build great products
There is a lot of good products out there, but only a handful of truly great ones, which strike at the heart of peoples' needs with uncommon ease.
My aim is to help products become their best by ensuring they bring satisfaction to their users, solve real problems, and are a joy to use.
